Test Preparation

  1. TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language)
TOEFL is an standardized test which measures the ability of a non native speakers of english to understand. TOEFL test assesses the skill of test takers in four language area- reading, listening, speaking and writing. It helps test takers to demostrate their communication skills required to attend colleges or universities in US, Canada and other english speaking countries. TOEFL has three formats:
  • TOEFL CBT (Computer Based Test)
  • TOEFL PBT (Paper Based Test)
  • TOEFL IBT (Internet Based Test)

2. IELTS (International English Language Testing System)

IELTS, an acronym for international english language test is widely recognized as reliable mean of assessing english language proficiency of students who wish to pursue their education or work in countries like UK, Australia, Canada New Zealand and also in USA. More than 11,000 universities in USA accepts IELTS. IELTS has two modules:

  • Academic Modules
  • GT (General Training)

GT is for those who intend to work, immigrate or for training requirement whereas Academic Nodule is for those who wish to pursue higher education.
